On December 2nd, 2024, NextGenBioPest was honored to participate in the Stakeholders Meeting hosted by RATION, one of our sister projects under the Horizon Europe framework. The event brought together leading experts, researchers, and industry stakeholders to discuss cutting-edge advancements and collaborative efforts in sustainable pest and pathogen management.

As sister projects, RATION and NextGenBioPest share a common goal: reducing chemical pesticide use while enhancing agricultural sustainability and productivity. This meeting was a vital opportunity to exchange insights, present progress, and explore synergies between our initiatives.

Key Highlights of the Meeting

  • Collaborative Discussions: We engaged in meaningful conversations about integrating innovative technologies into sustainable pest and pathogen control strategies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: The event emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between research and real-world application, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of farmers, policymakers, and other key players in the agricultural ecosystem.

Looking Ahead

Participating in the RATION Stakeholders Meeting reinforced the importance of collaboration in tackling global agricultural challenges. Together, with our sister projects and stakeholders, we are building a future where sustainable practices not only protect crops but also preserve the environment for generations to come.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to innovate and collaborate for a greener, more resilient agricultural landscape.
